Spider Attack

Okay, so it didn't attack me but my heart felt like it because it was beating so fast. So here I am, minding my business doing the overdue dishes, and a gigantic spider (as big as a 50 cent piece or bigger!) appeared and was trying to escape. After about 5 minutes of totally freaking out, almost in tears from the surprise (I know, I'm ridiculous, but you can't help what you are) I finally decided to call John and freak out to him about it. Yes, he had a good little chuckle at me, and told me to just kill it. Ya right, I couldn't even get near the kitchen again let alone to the sink and kill it. He said try turning the water on and it might go down, so I got a long knife and lifted the fosset handle. It didn't work. Well, truth be told I did cry to John, but it got out of my system so that I could start thinking in reality again. He said it's more scared of me than I am of him, but it's hard to imagine a spider having a heart attack and crying over seeing a human. So I got off the phone, got control of myself a little, and had a great idea. I grabbed the Lysol Kitchen Cleaner and just started spraying. I was so brave!!! I sprayed and sprayed until either he is hidden really well under a dish, or incapacitated. I hope he stays there until John comes home. So, just wanted to let you all know how ridiculous I am and let you have a good chuckle at me at no cost. Happy Friday to all.
