Halloween!!!

Ok first off I just want you all to know Melinda got the cutest hair cut and coloring(but that is a different post). This is our first Halloween, and so cutie patutie and I went to the pumpkin patch and got ourselves a pumkin a other grouds ;).

We then went on home and carved it not just boring old Jack o'lantern but into a witch riding a broomstick.

We had a lot fun carving the pumpkin and we also made homemade ice cream at the same time. The Reeses Peanut Butter Cup ice cream was delicious, the pumpkin filling was gross! I think we have a new family tradition.

Also this year we discovered Gardner's Village. We had no idea this place existed then promptly spent three weekends in a row there. It was a fun quaint little place with different specialty shops and a restraunt where we found the best prime rib. Here is some pictures when we went with the Porters.

Cute pictures. Your pumkin was so cool. That was really fun going with you guys to Gardener's Village. We should all go at Christmas time.

Oh yeah, I meant to tell you how cool your page is. I like the way your favorite books are on the shelves.

Those are super cute pictures of you two! Also, I saw that you need some books to read, you should read Watchmen by Alan Moore! I read it this summer and it was amazing.

Ok, this is completely unrelated, but I decided that both of you need to learn how to play magic. We can play with the multitude of decks that Blake created and I can put the deck I'm making up to the test. It is super fun I promise so next time we have dinner at the Porters, I am teaching you how to play.
